Thank you to those of you who purchased vouchers to our Chocolate Classes thru Living Social.  Now that the holiday is behind us, we recommend that you call the shop directly to make your reservations.  The classes are filling quickly and the best way to check availability is in real time!  We will be updating the page above “Chocolate Classes” as dates are closed.  We also expect to add more dates during the summer so keep checking back.

Welcome everyone who purchased vouchers for Chocolate Classes thru LivingSocial.  The promotion was much more successful than we could have anticipated!  We are excited to meet all of you and treat you to the experience of working with chocolate.

The current schedule is listed above under “Chocolate Classes” for your reference.  We will be adding more dates!  Please do not call the shop to make reservations until you have received your vouchers.  We will not be taking reservations without your voucher number.  You may call to make a reservation, email me at info@ohchocolate.com, or fax your preferred dates to 425.641.3120.  Also, if you can attend mid-day, mid-week, let us know!

Oh! Chocolate – Third generation chocolatiers, Christian and Nicholas Masaoka, will be demonstrating technique and offering recipe tips while preparing a versatile chocolate sauce, a decadent truffle and an easy, but crowd-pleasing Rocky Road. Fun chocolate facts will be explored relating to cocoa percentages and growing regions and how these variables affect the flavor of your favorite indulgence.

Thanks to our friends, family and cherished customers, the Grand Opening in Bellevue Square was a complete success!  We have to send a special thank you to everyone who supported us by visiting us Friday.  The day was so much fun – we greeted long-time customers who came out to congratulate us and met new customers who were delighted to discover a local, family-owned shop here in Bellevue Square.

Our guests of honor, Mr. & Mrs. Stahl. They were the first to walk thru the doors when our shop on Mercer Island opened 24 years ago, and they were the first honorary customers to walk thru the doors following the ribbon cutting. Truly special!
