Official Giveaway Rules

Sponsor: Oh! Chocolate, 8451 SE 68th St, Suite 105, Mercer Island, WA 98040.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules.

Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on August 26, 2026, and ends on September 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Submit your email address using our Google Form link above. A valid email address is required to enter so that we can contact the winner. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive an 8-piece box of chocolates (Approximate Retail Value: $29.00). The prize must be picked up in person at our Mercer Island location by the winner or an authorized representative within 14 days of winner notification. The Sponsor will not ship or mail the prize. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 22, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 following selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Privacy: Email addresses collected for this draw will be used solely for the purpose of drawing and contacting the winner. They will not be added to marketing lists or shared with third parties without explicit, separate consent.
